As the award season of year 2020 progresses, we are delighted to see some amazing fashion moments on red carpets and we can’t get enough of them. The Screen Actor’s Guild Awards or SAG awards as they are commonly referred to were held recently and the fashion that we got to see was again amazing and there were definitely some memorable moments and dresses. This has made us even more excited about the approaching Academy Awards in February as the fashion game is getting stronger with each event. These are just some of our favourite looks of the evening that caught our eye.
Zoe Kravitz
Zoe Kravitz wore an Oscar De La Renta gown in a peach shade that gave all the old Hollywood charm and the white gloves reminded us of the iconic Audrey Hepburn. Kravitz kept her hair slick and simple and the whole focus was on the outfit and her gorgeous face. Her co-stars from Big little lies all looked great at the SAGs but Zoe simply killed it with her ensemble. This was definitely one of the best looks of the evening.
Jennifer Aniston
One of the winners of the night who looked stunning in a White Vintage Christian Dior gown was Jennifer Aniston. The gown was fitted to perfection and looked absolutely stunning on her. It was almost like a wedding dress and according to some people it actually resembled Jennifer’s own wedding dress that she wore years ago. Jen is known to wear Black most of the time in award functions but chose a white ensemble this time. She kept her jewellery and hairstyle simple and it worked wonders with the gown.
Camilla Mendes
The Riverdale star Camilla Mendes walked the red carpet in a Ralph and Russo haute couture Champagne dress. The nude colour of the dress looked absolutely ethereal on her and the shape complimented her body very well. It was a simple yet extremely elegant look and Camilla kept her hair in a classic straight look that went very well with the look.
Jennifer Garner
Red may be a royal and elegant colour but not everyone can carry it with immense grace and confidence like Jennifer Garner did at the SAGs and we are still in awe of her look. The red gown had ruching all over it and the thin straps gave it a youthful look. The gown was simple yet the silhouette looked beautiful on Jennifer who is one of the most graceful women in Hollywood. This was a super classy dress and looked amazing on her.
Emily Hampshire
One of the most gorgeous looks of the evening was by Emily Hampshire from the hit show Schitt’s Creek who wore a dusty rose ruffled and layered gown with a plunging neckline and a stunning frock at the bottom. The gown was sophisticated yet super fun and sexy at the same time. Emily did full justice to the beautiful attire and kept her hair and accessories simple as the dress was amazing and eye catching in itself.
